Brigit’s Village is affordable rental housing located in Frederick, Colorado. Our mission is to establish a welcoming, reasonably priced, and age-friendly community in Colorado's Carbon Valley.

Who We Are:

We are a 40 unit housing project in beautiful Frederick, Colorado and a Non-profit, 501(c)3, entity established with the sole purpose of providing affordable housing. This multigenerational community will be comprised of all ages, seniors, individuals, single parents and families.
